Two things we should keep in mind:
Finally, I have a hypothesis that’s been giving me insomnia and those who consider themselves entertainment-fans might recognize it as a popular theme in science-fiction. The majority of you are young adults, so I’m more hopeful than not (if you truly understand it’s depth in study, now that’s another story). It’s a real quantum concept though, despite it being a problematic topic when people say “science” . . . Anyway, before I get too enlivened, some evidence here is bugging me. Is anyone familiar with the Multiverse theory?
If it’s hard to understand, I can always explain in person. Stop by the City Zoo after 4 p.m., Gibbon Exhibit. I’ll be there until late this week. Or, if you don’t mind, I can always go in depth here while we wait for our rewards or an update on our melodramatic blackmailing. I’m quite flexible.
1. Don’t touch the barrier by any means. I haven’t, but a baseball of mine has and it’s now a mound of toasted cow-hide.
2. It’s expanding. For the last ten days I’ve kept a close eye on three of the limit points for cross reference, and the barrier inches forward anywhere between two to three feet a day. It’s a remarkable increase, number wise.
3. There’s a third, I apologize. Residents might want to keep an eye out for new locations— our appless neighbors are going to say it’s been there for as long as they can remember, but I know we didn’t have an Internet cafe on Main Street.

Thank you, Mr. Ezekiel.
Isn't the multiverse what American superhero comics use to justify reboots and other large divergences from the plot?

I read books all the time but not so much fiction. I'm pretty sure the multiverse just a theory anyway? Theories are theories because they don't have much proof or basis attached to them.
I always thought multiverse was just the ramblings of some old researcher.
Do you think there's more to it than that?
no subject
Contrary to popular belief, it's still raging pretty strong. I diverged from Quantum Physics by the end of my first year in college, but I still keep tabs on contemporary researchers in the field as a pastime.
You're applying the most common use of the word in that it's something already unproven and simply baseless speculation. A theory is abstract thinking (remember abstract?) followed by observational study and the quest for supporting facts to prove it. Every theory is a possibility, and every concrete discovery is born from a theory.
So yes, I do think there's more to it than that.

whats a multiverse theory

[ because he’s at his desk like ]
Consider yourself and what you’re doing in this exact moment. Then, I want you to think about all the possible different outcomes that could’ve arose from your single act. I’ll use myself as an example: This morning, I left my apartment, took a left turn by foot, crossed the street, smoked, and kept going. This reality is what I’m consistently experiencing— we all are. This is our main universe, from our perspective.
But now, let’s say there’s an alternative path. I got up in the morning, left my apartment, took a right turn, and got hit by a bus. The third alternative could be that I don’t leave my apartment this morning altogether— my cat was being demonic. The fourth, completely abnormal alternative is that I live in a world where Kong has just landed in China and is making headlines fighting Godzilla for dominance. I’m going absolutely wild.
And so on. These alternatives are infinite. Before I go any further, are you following?

What’s that gonna mean for the territory it chews up
Jeez
This feels bad but what can we even do?
Also I feel like I’ve heard of multiverse theory from like
Games and shows and stuff

What it means for the incoming territory: Whatever is in can't get out. As long as their isn't a forced attempted of exit, they're safely incarcerated inside the restrictions of the dome. We can't do anything but observe and keep everyone up to date with our findings.

Did your baseball turned into delicious food?!

I'm joking, the hide used for baseballs is treated and not delicious for anyone.

[Is this the "new" internet cafe? This is how much Mike pays attention to things.]
Add to your list that the barrier can be photographed on film, but no one I've shown the photo to in my apartment building can see it.
[He's shown it to three people, but that's good enough to hypothesize and extrapolate...]

That's excellent that it garnered the same response from you. I've tried showing it to my colleagues on my phone, and nothing. As long as their names aren't on here, life carries on.
