What the fuck is going on here? [ Eloquent, isn't he? No, Akira gets right to the point with his frustration here. He's just ran away from a bunch of those things, whatever they were, and was able to find somewhere quiet unscathed. It's not like him to run away, but after appearing in a place he doesn't recognize, he thinks he deserves a little bit of time to himself to gain some composure. ]

[ a. Now that's he's gained some gusto, that hybrid blood of his is absolutely pumped for a fight. Although smart, Akira has his moments of being quite the blockhead and isn't aware he doesn't have access to most of his powers. The only one he has access to right now is transformation, so you bet your butt he's discarding his clothes and changing into something that looks equally terrifying. Some people my recognize this as a demon and are free to be just as violent to him as they are to the shadowy figures. Feel free to attack him in confusion.
b. Or, perhaps you're fortunate enough to see him physically attack the other monsters and it looks like he's on the good side! Akira is learning quickly, though, he's unable to fight like normally, with fire and beams and maybe he should be a little more cautious. Your character is also free to assist him in his fight against a handful of shadow figures. ]
